As an art therapist specializing in trauma, stress, and burnout, I support individuals in becoming more resilient and finding strength within themselves. I help clients process their past experiences and gently guide them toward a more hopeful and balanced future. My passion is to help people release emotional blockages and reconnect with what truly brings them happiness and fulfillment.

Through the use of creative methods such as color, painting, clay, and other expressive techniques, you are invited to discover a new sense of self. Often, this is a part of you that has been hidden or lost for many years — and through this process, it can be rediscovered.
My own life journey has taught me the importance of inner growth. I have experienced challenging periods marked by trauma, stress, and loss. This allows me to deeply understand what it feels like to be stuck, but also how powerful it is to create change, step by step.
